Prayers.

Clippers of Coin.

AN ingrossed Bill for the better Discovery of Clippers of the Coin of this Kingdom was read the Third time.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for the better Discovery of Clippers of the Coin of this Kingdom.

Ordered, That Mr. Waller do carry the Bill to the Lords, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Commissioners of Accounts.

Colonel Granville, according to Order, presented to the House a Bill for the taking and stating the publick Accounts; and the same was received; and read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time Tomorrow Morning.

A Member discharged from Custody.

Ordered, That Mr. Henry Manaton, in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, for absenting himself from his Service in Parliament, be discharged out of Custody, paying his Fees.

Encouraging Privateers.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee, to whom the Bill for the better Encouragement of Privateers was committed, be taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning.

Preventing Export of Bullion.

An ingrossed Bill to prevent the Exportation of English Bullion was read the Third time.

And the Question being put, That the Bill do pass It passed in the Negative.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Mr. White have Leave to go into the Country, upon extraordinary Occasions.

Ordered, That Mr. Wheate have Leave to go into the Country, upon extraordinary Occasions.

Tonage Duties, &c. [Bank of England incorporated.]

Resolved, That it be an Instruction to the Committee of the whole House, to whom the Bill for granting to their Majesties certain Duties upon Wines, and upon Beer, Ale, and other Liquors; and also the Bill for granting to their Majesties several Duties upon the Tonage of Ships; are committed; That they do prepare and bring in, a Clause of Appropriation, for the Navy, Army, and Ordnance.

Ways and Means.

The House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of Ways and Means for raising the Supplies to be granted to their Majesties, for the Maintenance of the Fleet, and Land-Forces, for the Service of the Year 1694.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Sir Thomas Littleton took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir Thomas Littleton reported from the said Committee, That they had come to several Resolutions; which they had directed him to report, when the House would please to receive the same.

Ordered, That the said Report be made To-morrow Morning.
