Edwards' Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable Thomas Edwards to sell Part of his Estate, for the Payment of Debts; and to restrain and disable him to commit Wastes upon the Residue of the said Estate; was read the Third time.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be agreed to.

Ordered, That Sir Robert Cotton do carry the Bill to the Lords, and acquaint them, That this House hath agreed to the same, without any Amendments.

Brent's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable Trustees to sell Part of the Estate of Nathaniel Brent Gentleman, deceased; to raise Money for Payment of his Debts, and Maintenance of his Children, who are Infants, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Mr. Waller, Sir Henry Gough, Sir Robert Edon, Mr. Chetwynd, Mr. Fenwick, Mr. Freeman, Sir Wm. Cook, Mr. Arnold, Sir John Bolls, Mr. Freeke, Mr. Hungerford, Mr. Thornhaugh, Mr. Nicholas, Mr. Christy, Mr. Dyot, Mr. Smith, Mr. Lutterell, Mr. Frewen, Mr. Bockenham, Sir John Parsons, Mr. Lampton, Mr. Stockdale, Mr. Hedger, Mr. Parsons, Sir Jo. A. Turner's Estate.

Mr. Waller reported from the Committee, to whom the ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable the Trustees of Alice Turner Widow, and her Children, to make Sale of certain Houses and Grounds in or near Lincoln's-Inn-Fields, in the County of Middlesex, during the Minority of the younger Children, was committed, That they had examined and considered the same; and the Petition of James Hassel, which was referred to the said Committee; and had made an Amendment to the Bill; which they had directed him to report to the House; and which he read in his Place, with the Coherence; and afterwards delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same was read, and agreed unto by House; and is as followeth; viz.

Tower Hamlets Militia.

A Bill for the better settling and regulating the Militia within the Tower Hamlets was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.

Recovering SmallTythes.

An ingrossed Bill for the more easy Recovery of small Tythes was read the Third time.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for the more easy Recovery of small Tythes.

Ordered, That Sir John Key do carry the Bill to the Lords, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Disciplining the Navy.

A Bill for the better Discipline of their Majesties Navy Royal was read the Second time.

Ordered, That the Consideration of the Report from the Committee, to whom the Bill to revive the Act, made in the First Year of their Majesties Reign, to prevent the Exportation of Wool; and for encouraging the Woollen Manufactures of this Kingdom; was committed; be adjourned until Saturday Morning next.
