Wood versus Cranmer:
Whereas there is an Appeal depending in this House, wherein Charles Wood Esquire, Son and Heir of Sir Cæsar Wood, alias Cranmer, who was Son and Heir of Mary Wood, the Elder of the Two Sisters of Sir Henry Wood deceased, is Appellant, and Anne Cranmer Respondent; and though the Cause was appointed to be heard the last Session of Parliament, yet the same came not to a Hearing: And the House being this Day moved, "To appoint a Day for hearing thereof:"
Hearing appointed.
It is Ordered, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock.
Adjourn.
