Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enlarge the Time for making Claims before the Commissioners, appointed to inquire of the forfeited Estates."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Commissioners Debts, Army, Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable His Majesty to appoint Commissioners, to take, examine, state, and determine, the Debts due to the Army."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. that the Lords have agreed to these Bills.

Messages were severally ordered to be sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Holford and Mr. Lovibond:

To acquaint them, that the Lords have agreed to the said Bills, without any Amendment.

Commissioners of forfeited Estates, Report and Representation, to be printed.

The House being moved, "That the Report from the Commissioners, appointed to inquire of the Estates of certain Traitors, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland; as also the Representation to this House, of such of the Commissioners of Inquiry as have been appointed to execute the several Trusts and Powers, in relation to England, and any other Parts whatsoever except Scotland, laid before this House pursuant to a Clause in an Act, passed the last Session of Parliament, intituled, "An Act for appointing Commissioners, to inquire of the Estates of certain Traitors, and of Popish Recusants, and of Estates given to superstitious Uses, in order to raise Money out of them, severally, for the Use of the Public," might be read:

The same were read accordingly.

Ordered, That the said Report, with the Appendix referred to therein, and likewise the said Representation, with an alphabetical List of all Persons attainted, by Impeachment, Acts of Parliament, Judgement, or Outlawry, for the late Rebellion, in the Year 1715, affixed thereunto, be forthwith printed and published.

Hamilton versus Darcy.

The House being informed, "That there was a Person attended at the Door, who desired to prove divers Papers, relating to the Matter of a Cause depending in this House, upon an Appeal of Darcy Hamilton Esquire, to which Hyacinthus Darcy Esquire is Respondent:"

Dennis Shanney was thereupon called in; and examined, upon Oath, as to the Examination of the said Papers; which he delivered in, at the Bar, in a Bag, sealed up; and attested, "That the same were true Copies; he having examined all of them with the Originals in the Court of Chancery in Ireland."

And withdrew.

Adjourn.
