With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Henry Cornelisen;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
The said Bill was read the First Time.

Upon reading the Petition of William Viscount Kenmure; praying, "That Doctor Wellwood and Mr. William Stewart may be permitted to visit him:"
It is Ordered, That the said Doctor Wellwood and Mr. Stewart may have Access to the Petitioner, severally, at any seasonable Hour.
