With a Bill, intituled, "An Act to attaint John Earl of Mar, William Murray Esquire commonly called Marquis of Tullibardine, James Earl of Linlithgow, and James Drummond Esquire commonly called Lord Drummond, of High Treason;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Method of giving Judgement on the Six Lords.

The House (according to Order) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the Forms and Method of proceeding to Judgement, in the Case of the Six Lords who have pleaded guilty to the Impeachment of the House of Commons.

And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Clarendon reported from the said Committee, "That they had come to several Resolutions; which he was directed to report, when the House will please to receive the same."
