Lords take the Oaths.

This Day John Lord Balmerino and Thomas Lord Middleton took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Report, Resolution laid before Lords Justices.

The Lord Chancellor acquainted the House, "That he had (according to Order) laid before the Lords Justices the Resolution of this House of Friday last; and desired them to transmit the same to His Majesty, with all convenient Speed; and that their Lordships were pleased to say, They would transmit the said Resolution to His Majesty, as desired."
