The Grievances read.

When it came to the Grievance of my Lord of Hertford, Sir John Hollis stood up, and spoke from my Lord:

- Shewed a Letter from my Lord, justifying his Proceedings in the Matter of Muster-master.

Sir H. Poole answered, with much Imputation to my Lord, and to Josias Kyrton, the Muster-master: - Shewed a Letter from the Justices.

Mr. James Kyrton replied : - Desired a Commitment:

- Produced sundry Notes and Warrants for my Lord's Proceeding in that Matter.

But the House was rather willing that the Matter should proceed in the Grievance, without further Dispute.
