Maintenance of Hospitals, etc.

The Lords Committees for Hospitals, etc. appointed to meet Tomorrow, videlicet, on Tuesday the 28th April, in the Painted Chamber, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Publick Houses and Disorders by Footmen etc.

The Lords Committees for Pages and Footmen, ap pointed to meet upon Wednesday next, videlicet, 29 Aprilis, in the Painted Chamber, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, and as often as their Lordships please.

Lord introduced Earl Rivers.

The Earl of Rivers was brought into the House, between the Earl of Rutland and the Earl of Carlisle, and, having presented his Patent, upon his Knee, to the Lord Keeper, it was delivered unto the Clerk; and afterwards he was brought and placed next above the Earl of Newcastle.

Earl of Carnarvon.

The Earl of Carnarvan, in like Manner, was brought into the House, between the Earl of Sarum and the Earl of Denbigh; his Patent being delivered, on (fn. 1) the Knee, to the Lord Keeper, and afterwards to the Clerk, he was placed next below the Earl of Peterborough.

Lord Powis.

The Lord Powis, in like Manner, was brought into the House, between the Lord Howard and the Lord Goring; and his Patent being delivered, on the Knee, to the Lord Keeper, and afterwards to the Clerk, he was placed next to the Lord Dunsmore.

Dr. Manwaring Bishop of St David s.

The Business appointed for this Day, concerning Doctor Manwaring, is referred until To morrow Morning, videlicet, 28 Aprilis.

Bishop of Winchester s Absence exculed.

The Lord Bishop of Winchester was excused, being taken with a Lameness.

Adjourn.
