Mr. Comptroller did send Hugh Floode, and * Cryke-toste to this House: Whereupon was declared, by the Sheriff's Serjeant, the Misdemeanour and Escape of Flood, by the Means of Cryketoste: Whereto Floode and Cryketoste alleged, That the Serjeant had promised to go with them to Mr. Comptroller, and refused.
