Upon reading the Petition of Henry Walker; shewing, That, by a former Order of 30 June last, he hath the Privilege to publish "A Booke of Perfect Occurrances;" and desires now to have the Licensing of the said Book:"
Which is Ordered according to the Desire.
This is suspended till further Consideration.
E. of Suffolk and Henshaw, Marsham, &c.
Upon reading the Petition of the Earl of Suffolke, and also the Answers and Petition of Thomas Marsham, Anne Henshaw, and Wm. Geere, and the Petition of theirs (fn. 1) :
It is Ordered, That the Earl of Suffolke do fee this Petition, and shew Cause, within Eight Days after the Receipt of the Order, why the Cause should not be dismissed this House, otherwise this House will dismiss it.
Whiting to be instituted to Greenstead;
Ordered, That Dr. Aylett give Institution and Induction unto John Whiting Clerk, to the Rectory of Greenstead, near the Town of Colchester, in Com. Essex, void by Death; Salvo Jure cujuscunque: Granted by the Great Seal.
