May 26, 1638. The true value of the Parsonage of St. Olaves in Southwark as now it is received by the present incumbent.
Receipts. The present incumbent doth let to farm all the Tithes, Easter Offerings, Marriages, Churchings, Burials, Glebe Lands, etc., at the yearly rent of £325/16/-
Disbursements. The necessary disbursements or Payments (viz. to the King, to the Curate; to the Poore; for Procurations, etc.) do amount, communibus annis, to 53
Clear value. So the clear value is 272/16
Yearly Rents. The yearly rents of the whole parish, moderately valued, are estimated by some who know the houses very well at 6300
