HODIE 2a vice lecta est Billa, for the Re-edifying of Castles, Fortresses, and Houses, decayed within the Counties of Northumb. Cumb. Westm'land, Rich mondshire, and the Bishoprick of Durham; and for the better Increase of Tillage, and manuring of Grounds, within the said Parts, et commissa est ad ingrossandum.
