Johannes Willyams, accersitus, per Breve Domine nostre Regine, ad Parliamentum, nomine Domini Willyams de Thame, hodie admissus est inter Proceres, et locatus inter Barones Regni, cujus quidem Brevis tenor sequitur in hec Verba:

His Writ.

"Maria, Dei Gratia, Anglie, Francie, et Hibernie Regina, Fidei Defensor, Predilecto et Fideli suo Johanni Williams de Thame, Chr. Salutem.

"Cum, de Advisamento et Assensu Consilii Nostri, pro quibusdam arduis et urgentibus Negotiis, Nos, Statum et Defensionem Regni Nostri Anglie ac Ecclesie Anglicane concernentibus, presens Parliamentum Nostrum, apud Civitatem Nostram Westm. secundo die Aprilis ultimo preterito, teneri ordinavimus, et ibidem, cum Prelatis, Magnatibus, et Proceribus dicti Regni Nostri, Colloquium habere et Tractatum, vobis, in Fide et Ligeantia quibus Nobis tenemini, firmiter injungendo mandamus, quod, consideratis dictorum Negotiorum Arduitate et Periculis imminentibus, cessante Excusatione quacunque, die Jovis proxime futuro personaliter intersitis, ibidem Nobiscum, ac cum Prelatis, Magnatibus, et Proceribus predictis, super dictis Negotiis tractaturi, vestrumque Consilium impensuri. Et hoc, sicut Nos et Honorem Nostrum, ac Salvationem et Defensionem Regniet Ecclesie predictorum, Expeditionemque dictorum Negotiorum diligitis, nullatenus omittatis. Teste Meipsa, apud Westm. 3 die Aprilis, Anno Regni Nostri Primo."
