HODIE 1a vice lecta est Billa, That all Treasurers, and other Persons having the Receipt of any the King's Money, shall be Yearly accountable for the same.

Item, eodem die, 1a vice lecta est Billa, That no Man, upon Pain of Felony, shall give for any the King's Majesty's Coin above that that is appointed for by his Majesty's Proclamation, que commissa est Solicitatori Regis.
