Hodie reverli Episcopus Westm. Dominus Morley, et Dominus Wharton, retulere Senatui que eorum nomine egissent cum Duce Somerset. Eorum autem summa erat, petere dictum Ducem, ut deputarentur per Senatum Judices Legum Britannarum periti, pro controversia cognoscenda inter ipsum et Dominum Audeley; quod autem illi, causa cognita, pronunciarent, id illum ratum habiturum, et eorum Sententiis omnino staturum. Deputati sunt eodem die, pro dicta Lite cognoscenda, Dominus Montague, Primus Justitiarius Communium Placitorum, et Dominus Chomley, Primus Baro Scaccarii, et Dominus Jacobus Hales, unus Justitiariorum Banci Regis.
