Memorandum, quod quoad Billam concernentem les Bowstaves, concordatum est, quod Mercatores Domus vulgariter dict. le Stylyarde accersirentur coram Concilio Domini Regis, ad cernendum si ipsi aliquam Reformacionem in eorum Introductione causarent fieri.

Recompence to be made the King for the Pains and Expence he had been at, in bringing about the Reformation.

Lord Chancellor ordered to attend the King with an Address for a Prorogation.

Item hodie Dux Norff. declaravit Proceribus, quod cum Regia Majestas tot et tantos cum Sumptus tum Labores, in et super hujus Regni Tuitionem et Reformationem, sumpserit et impenderit, quos Sumptus et Labores certo sciebat omnes nunc presentes prudenter considerare, et unumquemque pro posse suo eosdem recompensare affectantes esse, quod, ob Temporis Brevitatem, nunc effici non potest; ideo suam esse Opinionem, ut unus pro Proceribus Temporalibus, et alter pro Spiritualibus, ex utrorumque Consensibus, assignarentur, qui Regi humillime supplicarent, quatenus presens hoc Parliamentum suum in aliud Tempus prorogaret, ad quod Tempus quilibet pro posse suo Regie Majestati pro Sumptibus et Laboribus suis satisfaceret; itaque, ex utrorumque communi Consensu, decretum est, quod Dominus Cancellarius, eorum omnium nomine, hec predicta, die crastino, Regie Maiestati declararet, que tunc presenti in Parliamento personaliter interesse decrevit.
