Lords Committee named and appointed to consider of Diversity of Opinions in Religion.

HODIERNO die, Dominus Cancellarius declaravit Proceribus, Regiam Majestatem super omnia desiderare, ut Diversitates Opinionum, Christianam Religionem concernentium, infra hoc Regnum suum Anglie usitat. omni cum expeditione penitus evellantur et extirpantur; et ideo sibi in Mandatis dedisse, ut prefatis Proceribus declararet, quod cum Res magis ardua sit et difficilis, quam que brevi, inter tot et tam varias Sententias, determinaretur, sibi igitur optime placitum iri (si illis ita optimum factum videretur) ut inter illos aliqui eligerentur, qui hujusmodi Opiniones examinarent, et quicquid de eisdem decreverint matura cum expeditione in presenti Parliamento referent; que quidem Sententia ab omnibus est approbata: itaque, ex eorum communi Consensu, decretum est, ut ad hujusmodi Opiniones examinandum assignarentur Domini quorum nomina subscribuntur, videlicet.

Deinde Dominus Cancellarius quandam introduxit Billam, concernentem Assignationem Locorum quorundam Procerum et Capitalium Officiorum hujus Regni Anglie, videlicet, Vicegerentis Domini Regis in Spiritualibus, Domini Cancellarii, Domini Thesaurarii, et aliorum in eadem Billa declaratorum, quam quidem Billam affirmabat Regiam Majestatem jussisse sieri, ut per eandem dicti Proceres, sua loca cognoscentes, contentionem in posterum evitarent. Que quidem Billa 1a et 2a vice est lecta.

Religious Persons.

Item hodie, per Regium Solicitatorem, alia introducta est Billa, per quam Religiosi, quorum Monasteria sunt aut erunt dissoluta, habiles essiciuntur ad Terras et Tenementa, jure Hereditario, possidendum.
