HODIE Episcopus London, memoratis Dominis intimabat, die superiore, se quibusdam e Domo Communi destinatis, illum requirentibus ut statim in scriptis talibus rebus responderit, quas quidem Thomas Phillippys in Turre Londonienss. per ipsum Episcopum detentus adversus eum inculcabat, dixisse, ut Querela prefati Thome Phillipps a Domo Communi in scriptis ad Superiorem allata suit, que excogitata suit res srivolis in eo loco consultanda, adeo remissa suit ad Domum Inferiorem; et in ea re nihil egerit, donec opinio presatorum Dominorum cognosceretur; cujus verbis auditis, omnes Proceres, tam Spirituales quam Temporales, una voce dicebant, quod non consentaneum suit aliquem Procerum predictorum alicui in eo loco responsurtim.
