HODIE decretum est, quod Domini Spirituales in Convocatione diebus Martis et Veneris proximo sequen. et ex tunc die Veneris tantum, donec melius secus videtur versari possint, ut Proceres ceteris diebus sine impedimento quotidie circa dimidiatim hore octave ante meridiem, in locis consuetis, simul convenerint, ad tractandum et consultandum circa Reipublice negotia.

Memorandum, quod cum diversa scelera detestabilia nuper per eos, qui, ut videntur, morte digni perpetrata fuerunt, quibus ex ordine Juris regni (ut Juris periti aiunt) nulla condigna imponi potest pena; ideo conducibile esse excogitatum est, quod quicunque in Sanctuaria trahens moram, egrediens, et extra, scelus morte dignum perpetrans, ac in Sanctuariam regressus pro suffragio et corporis tuitione, Ecclesiasticum beneficium amittet; ac etiam qui Sodomiam committit, penam Capitis permittet; de quibus rebus Justiciariis committitur duas conficere Billas.
