Message to the Commons, for Conference touching the King's Answer to the Address of both Houses.

MESSAGE sent to the Commons, by Mr. Justice Wynch and Mr. Serjeant Davis, for a Conference between the Committees of both Houses, which by Appointment did attend His Majesty Yesterday at Whitehall; and that they may have Power to confer what Report is to be made of the King's Answer given unto the said Committees.

And for that (as their Lordships hear) the King's Answer was mistaken by divers; the Prince his Highness repaired to His Majesty, and hath Leave from His Majesty to explain the same, and will be at the Conference for that Purpose. The Conference to be presently in the Painted Chamber.

They will attend their Lordships accordingly.

The Lords being returned from the Conference, the Lord President reported, That they had agreed to meet again at Three this Afternoon, in the same Place.

According to the Order of the 13th of this March, Sir Edward Osbaldeston was brought before their Lordships, by virtue of His Majesty's Writ of Habeas corpus, etc. and, for that the Day was far spent, remanded to Prison again, and Ordered to be brought hither To-morrow, at Nine in the Morning, by a new Writ of Habeas corpus, etc.

Committees for Munitions.

Committees for Munitions, etc. to meet on Saturday next, at Two, in the Council Chamber, at Whitehall.

Trials by Battail abolished.

Committees to abolish Trials by Battail, etc. to meet To-morrow, at Eight, in the Painted Chamber.

Subject to plead the General Issue.

Committees, etc. to plead the General Issue to Informations of Intrusion, etc. to meet To-morrow, at Two, in the Painted Chamber.

River Thames navigable to Oxford.

Committees, etc. to make the Thames navigable to Oxon, to meet To-morrow, at Eight, in the Painted Chamber.
