Exportation of Welsh Butter.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act concerning the Transportation of Butter made, and to be made, in the Dominion of Wales and County of Monmouth, with the Amendments.

Falconer's Petition.
Manor of Barn-Elmes.
The Petition of George Fallconer, was read; shewing, that he devised Five Hundred Pounds unto Sir John Kennedy, for a Rent Charge of Fifty Pounds per Annum, out of the Manor of Barne Elmes, &c. the which Petition is referred unto the Lords Committees for Petitions.
The Lord Privy Seal reported the Bill of Grace for Wales, and returned the same, with an Amendment and Proviso; the which Amendment and Proviso was presently Twice read; and the Proviso Ordered to be ingrossed; the Direction for the Amendment is to be written in Paper (both are to be fixed to the Bill, for that it came from the Commons).
L. Stafford's Privilege.
Chappell arrested.
The Petition of John Chappell; was read; humbly shewing, that he, being Servant to the Right Honourable the Lord Stafford, was arrested by Thomas Audley, Gedeon Morgan, and James Morton (Serjeants of London), contrary to the Privileges of this Court.
Ordered, That the said Serjeants be sent for, to answer their Contempt herein.
Waring's Petition.
The humble Petition of Thomas Waringes was read; humbly shewing that, whereas he is committed, and Ordered to find Sureties for his Appearance here the 17th of this December, and to bring in one Mathew Watson, to answer for the Forging of the Lord Stafford's Hand and Seal; that, in respect of his extreme Poverty, he cannot procure such Sureties as are required, he humbly desireth the House to accept of such Security as he is able to procure for his Appearance, and bringing in of the said Watson, at the next Sitting after Christmas.
Ordered, That the Petitioner be brought hither to the Bar on Monday, the 17th of this December; and then their Lordships will take such further Order therein, as they shall think fit.
Sir John Bennett's Petition.
The Petition of Sir John Bennett was read; humbly shewing, that, being bound to appear before their Lord ships, at this Sitting of Parliament, from Day to Day, and not to depart without Licence, that he hath daily attended accordingly; he desireth to be freed from his daily Attendance, with Liberty to appear here at such Time only as the House shall be pleased to call for him. The Lords, taking Consideration of this Petition, that the Business for which the Petitioner is bound to attend is a Matter of great Consequence, they did order nothing herein at this Time, for that so few Lords were then present; but appointed this Petition to be offered again, when the House is fuller.
Ld. Mordant's Privilege.
Lucy's Arrest.
Henry Lucy, Servant to the Right Honourable the Lord Mordaunt, was brought before their Lordships, according to the Order of the Fifth of this December, by His Majesty's Writ of Habeas corpus, directed to the Sheriffs of London. The Writ and Return being read, the said Henry Lucy was delivered out of Prison, and set at large.
Monopolies.
The Names being read of the Lords Committees appointed to draw up the Heads of a new Bill (before Conference be had with the Commons) concerning Monopolies;
False Dying of Silks.
And also of the Committees on the Bill against False Dying of Silks;
Their Lordships of the said Committees retired themselves, to meet thereon, according to the Appointment Yesterday Morning.
