THE Absence of the Lord of Cant. excused, for Want of Health, by the Lord Chancellor.

The Lord Bishop of Chichester excused for Absence, upon the same Cause.

The Absence of the Lord Pagett, the Lord Chandois, and the Lord Carew, excused for the like Cause.

Solomon Browne.

Upon Information by the Lord Chancellor, That Solomon Browne, Servant unto the Lord Archbishop of Yorke, was lately, since the Beginning of this Parliament, arrested, by Richard Reynoldes and Robert Wright, Serjeants at Mace within the City of London, at the Suit of Robert Whale, Elizabeth Feild, and John Wood; it is this Day Ordered, by the said Court, That the King's Majesty's Writ of Corpus cum Causa be awarded, to the Sheriff of London, for bringing the Body of the said Solomon Browne before the said Lords To-morrow, being Saturday, the Twenty-fourth of this Instant February; by Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same Day; and that the Serjeant at Arms attending this House shall then also bring before their Lordships, in the House, the Bodies as well of the said Robert Whale, Elizabeth Feild, and John Wood, as of Richard Reynold and Robert Wright, Serjeants at Mace in the Compter of London, who made the said Arrest, to answer their Contempt and Breach of the Privileges of this High Court.

The Lord Bishop of Hereford was this Day added to the Lords Sub-Committees, to take Consideration of the Orders, Customs, and Privileges, &c.

Manors of Cannock, Rudgelty, etc.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Confirmation of a Decree, and certain Orders, made in the High Court of Chancery, concerning the Fines, Customs, and Services, of divers Copyhold or Customary Messuages, Cottages, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, within the Manors of Cannock, Rudgeley, Longdon, and Heywood, in the County of Staff.
