Payments for East India Goods, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for better ascertaining and securing the Payments to be made to Her Majesty, for Goods and Merchandizes to be imported from The East Indies, and other Places within the Limits of the Charter granted to the East India Company."

Protestation, 7th Instant, to be considered.

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That, To-morrow, this House will take into Consideration the Protestation entered in the Journal of this House the Seventh Day of this Instant June.

Legacies, &c. to Charitable Uses, for Recovery of, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the more easy Recovery of small Gifts and Legacies given to pious and Charitable Uses."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Saturday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant June, at Twelve a Clock.

Circuit Courts in Scotland, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the appointing the Circuit Courts, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, to be kept only Once in the Year."

Ordered, That the said Bill be read a Second Time To-morrow.

Partis versus Eglesham, in Error.

Whereas there is a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Francis Partis is Plaintiff, and John Eglesham Defendant; upon which Francis Partis hath alligned Errors, and alledged Diminution, and prayed a Certiorari:

It is this Day Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Francis Partis do sue out a Certiorari, and procure the same to be returned to this House on or before Saturday next.
