With a Bill, intituled, "An Act to empower the Paymaster of the Million Lottery Tickets to pay to Sir William Hodges Baronet the Money due upon Fourteen Tickets in the said Lottery;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Robertson versus Robertson.

The House being moved, on the Behalf of Margaret Robertson Respondent to the Appeal of Alexand'r Robertson, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing the said Appeal:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock.

Motion for Address to the Queen, that the D. of Ormond may act offensively.

The House being moved, "To address Her Majesty, That She would be pleased to send Orders to Her General, to act, in Concert with Her Allies, offensively against France, in order to obtain a safe and honourable Peace;"

And long Debate thereupon:

The Question was put, "That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, That Her Majesty will be pleased to send Orders to Her General, to act, in Concert with Her Allies, offensively against France, in order to obtain a safe and honourable Peace?"

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, that Her Majesty will be pleased to order an Account of the Negotiations and Transactions relating to the Preliminaries in One Thousand Seven Hundred and Nine, as likewise an Account of the Negotiations and Transactions at Gertrudenberg, to be laid before this House.

Ordered, That the said Address be presented to Her Majesty by the Lords with White Staves.
