The Lord Treasurer acquainted the House, "That Her Majesty had sent a Commission for the further proroguing of the Parliament."
Then the Lords Commissioners, being seated on a Form placed between the Throne and the Woolsack; the Lord Treasurer in the Middle; and the Earl of Cholmondeley on his Right Hand; and the Lord Dartmouth on his Left; commanded the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod to let the Commons know, "That the Commissioners desire them to come, and hear the said Commission read."

"By Virtue of Her Majesty's Commission now read, and to us (among other Lords) directed, we do, in Her Majesty's Name, prorogue this Parliament to Tuesday the Fourth Day of July next: And this Parliament is accordingly prorogued to Tuesday the Fourth Day of July next."
