After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Amory Esquire, and the Answer of Colonel Henry Luttrell put in thereunto; as also upon the Petition and Appeal of the said Henry Luttrell, and the Answer of the said Thomas Amory put in to the said Appeal:

It is Ordered, That this House will proceed to hear Counsel further in this Cause, To-morrow, at Ten a Clock.
