The Lord Delawarr reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Peyton Altham, an Infant Trustee, to join in suffering a Common Recovery, or levying a Fine, of an Estate in Essex, as if he were of full Age," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.
