House to attend Her Majesty, with an Address.
The Earl of Cholmondeley acquainted the House, "That the Lords with White Staves had attended Her Majesty, to know what Time Her Majesty would please to appoint to be attended by this House, with their Address; and that Her Majesty had appointed Two a Clock this Day, at St. James's."
Horton & al. versus Kirton & al.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Anne Horton Widow, Joshua Horton Senior, and Joshua Horton Junior, and others, from a Decree made in the Court of Exchequer, the Sixteenth Day of May last, on the Behalf of Anthony Kirton and John Kirton; and praying the said Decree and Judgement may be reversed and vacated:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Anthony Kirton and John Kirton may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Thursday the First Day of December next.
Adjourn.
