This Day William Lord Bishop of St. Asaph took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.
Midd'x Register Bill.
The Earl of Stamford reported from the Committee of the whole House, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the public registering of all Deeds, Conveyances, and Wills, that shall be made of, or that may affect, any Honours, Manors, Lands, Tenements, or Hereditaments, within the County of Middl'x, after the Day of ", as fit to pass, with some Amendments.
Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
Privileges of Ambassadors, &c. Bill:
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for preserving the Privileges of Ambassadors, and other Public Ministers, of Foreign Princes and States."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments, shall pass?"

Ordered, That the Confideration of the said last mentioned Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Friday next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
Dillon to be heard against a Clause in E. Clanriccard's Bill:
Upon reading the Petition of James Dillon Esquire; praying to be heard, by his Counsel, against a Clause in the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of the Earl of Clanriccard (lately called Lord Bophin) of the Kingdom of Ireland, in relation to his Estate; and for the more effectual selling or setting the Estate of the said Earl to Protestants:"
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner shall be heard, by his Counsel (according to the Prayer of his Petition), on Thursday next, at the Bar of this House; and also Counsel for the Earl of Clanriccard, if he think fit.

Exportation of Corn:
The House (pursuant to Order) taking into Consideration the Subject-matter of Transporting Corn at this Juncture:
Quantities exported, Account of, and the Prices, to be laid before the House.
It is thereupon Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners of the Customs do forthwith lay before this House, an Account of what Quantities of Corn have been exported, since Lady-day One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eight, to this Time, and for what Places; as also of the Prices it has been at when exported, and what Price it is now at in or near the Ports from whence it was exported.
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall take into further Consideration the Price of Corn at this Juncture, on Wednesday next.
Adjourn.
