Irregularities in the House, Report to be made about.
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Report from the Lords Committees for Privileges shall be made on Thursday next, at Twelve a Clock; and all the Lords summoned.
Potts' Bill.
The Earl of Rochester reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of William Potts, for discharging his Brothers and Sisters Portions, and his Debts; and for confirming his Marriage Settlement, as to the Residue of his Estate, discharged of such Portions and Debts," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of William Potts, for discharging his Brothers and Sisters Portions, and his Debts; and for confirming his Marriage Settlement, as to the Residue of his Estate, discharged of such Portions and Debts."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Woollen Manufactures, &c. Bill.
Ordered, That the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the continuing an Act, made in the First Year of Her Majesty's Reign, for the more effectual preventing of Abuses and Frauds of Persons employed in the working up the Woollen, Linen, Fustian, Cotton, and Iron Manufactures of this Kingdom," shall be read a Second Time on Saturday next, at Twelve a Clock.

Perry versus Mervin.
Upon reading the Petition of John Perry and others, Appellants against Hugh Mervin and Edward Reily Respondents; praying a Day may be appointed, for hearing of their Appeal:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Second Day of April next, at Eleven a Clock.
