Tigh's Nat. Bill.

The Lord Bishop of Bangor reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing John Tigh," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Ordered, That the said Bill be engrossed.

Sheriffs Accompts, Bill.

The Lord Keeper acquainted the House, "That the Lord Chief Baron of Her Majesty's Court of Exchequer was ready to deliver a Bill, drawn by the Barons of that Court (pursuant to the Order of this House), for the Ease of Sheriffs in passing their Accompts."

Which his Lordship delivered accordingly.

Then,

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better Ease of Sheriffs, in the passing their Accompts; and of the Subject, in relation to the Execution of that Office."

Ordered, That the said Bill be read a Second Time on Tuesday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant January.

Lewis's Petition rejected.

Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Lewis; praying "a further Day for hearing his Appeal depending in this House:"

It is Ordered, That the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, rejected.
