Pelley versus Madden.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Hyacinth Pelley Gentleman, from a Decree of the Court of Exchequer in Ireland, in a Cause wherein Hugh Madden and Katherine his Wife were Plaintiffs, against the Appellant (being, at the exhibiting the Bill, and putting in his Answer thereunto, 2 Minor) and others Defendants, the Eleventh of February One Thousand Seven Hundred and Five; and praying, "That the said Decree may be reversed, and the Complainants Bill dismissed:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Hugh Madden and Katherine his Wife may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the Seventh Day of January next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Adjourn.
