Militia Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for raising the Militia for the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Six, notwithstanding the Month's Pay, formerly advanced be not re-paid; and for an Accompt to be made of Trophy-monies."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock.

Row's Bill.

The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting certain Messuages and Lands, in the Counties of Devon and Cornwall, of Nicholas Row Esquire, in Trustees, to be sold; and applying the greatest Part of the Purchase-money to the Uses of his Marriage Settlement, and the Residue for Payment of Debts," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Gomeldon's Petition.

Upon reading the Petition of William Gomeldon Esquire; shewing, "That his Bill stands committed to the Thirteenth Instant; and that he is under close Confinement, and hath no Hopes of being released, but by his Bill's passing; and praying (amongst other Things) that the Time may be shortened for the meeting of the Lords Committees:"

It is Ordered, That the said Petition do lie on the Table.
