Prayers.

Repairs of united Churches.

THE Lord William Pawlet reported from the Committee to whom the ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act to make Parishioners of the Church united Contributors to the Repairs and Ornaments of the Church to whom the Union is made, was committed, That they had gone through the Bill; and had directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendments: And he delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

The Bill was read the Third time.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass; and the Title be agreed to.

Ordered, That the Lord William Pawlet do carry the Bill to the Lords; and acquaint them, That this House hath agreed to the same, without any Amendments.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir John Hoskyns:

Mr. Speaker,

Indemnity for acting in Defence of the Kingdom.

The Lords have agreed to the Amendments made by this House to the ingrossed Bill, intituled, An Act for preventing Suits against such as acted for their Majesties Service in the Defence of the Kingdom.

Supply Bill; charging Joint Stocks, &c.

Also the Lords have agreed to the Bill, intituled, An Act for continuing certain Acts therein mentioned, and for charging several joint Stocks, without any Amendment.

And then the Messengers withdrew.

Tythes of Hemp and Flax.

A Bill for explaining a former Act of this present Parliament, for ascertaining the Tythes of Hemp and Flax, was read the First time.

And the Question being put, That the Bill be read the Second time;

It passed in the Negative.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Ten a Clock.
