Hawley's Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act for vesting the Estate, Real and Personal, late of Henry Hawley, in Trustees, to be sold, or otherwise disposed, for the Benefit of his Daughters and Heirs Susanna and Mary, who are Minors, was read the Third time.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be agreed to.

Ordered, That Mr. Hopkins do carry the Bill to the Lords; and acquaint them, That this House hath agreed to the same, without any Amendments.

Wake's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable William Wake, Gentleman, and Wm. Wake, Doctor in Divinity, to make Leases for Lives, or Years, within the Manor of Shapwick, in the County of Dorset, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Mr. Henning, Mr. Freeman, Sir John Moreton, Mr. Brewer, Sir Jerv. Elwes, Mr. Pollen, Mr. Christy, Mr. Preston, Mr. Perrey, Mr. Hutchinson, Mr. Thornhaugh, Mr. Price, Mr. How, Mr. Slater, Mr. Foley, Mr. Hawtry Mr. Lutterell, Mr. Willmot, Sir Jos. Macclesfield's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable Ralph Macclesfeild to sell Lands, for Payment of Debts, and making Provision for his Wife and Children, was read the First time.

Molyneux's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the rectifying a Mistake in a certain Act of Parliament, passed in the Year 1691, intituled, An Act to vest certain Lands of William Molyneux, Gentleman, in Trustees, for raising the Sum of Two thousand Pounds, for paying the Portions to his younger Brothers and Sisters, pursuant to a Decree in the Court of Chancery, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Mr. Waller, Colonel Perry, Sir Orlando Gee, Sir Sam. Bernadiston, Colonel Kirby, Mr. Freeman, Mr. Preston, Sir Tho. Mompesson, Mr. Christie, Sir Jervas Elwes, Mr. Hawtrey, Mr. How, Mr. Willmot, Mr. Lutterell, Sir Wm. Lawson, Sir Wm. Cook, Mr. Brewer, Mr. Pollen, Sir Tho. Po. Blunt, Sir Wm. Importing Silk.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee to whom the Bill for the Importation of fine Italian, Sicilian, and Naples Thrown Silk, over Land, was committed, be made upon Tuesday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock.

Militia.

Mr. Attorney General, according to Order, presented to the House a Bill for the raising the Militia of this Kingdom for the Year 1693, although the Month's Pay formerly advanced be not paid.

The Bill was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.

Hair Buttons.

Major Perry, according to Order, presented to the House a Bill for the prohibiting the Importation of all Foreign Buttons made of Hair, and other Foreign Buttons.

Profanation of Lord's Day.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for the levying Twelve-pence a Sunday, according to the Statute of 3° Jac. I. upon all Persons who shall not go to Church, or some other Place of religious Worship.

Special Bails.

A Bill for taking special Bails in the Country upon Actions and Suits depending in the Courts of King's Bench, Common Pleas, and Exchequer, at Westminster, was read a Second time.

Exporting Gold and Silver.

A Bill to prevent the Exportation of Gold and Silver, and melting down the Coin of this Realm, was read the Second time.

And the Question being put, That the Bill be committed;

So it was resolved in the Affirmative.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House.

Woolen Manufactures.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee to whom the Bill for continuing Part of the Act of Parliament made in the First Year of their Majesties Reign, for the better preventing the Exportation of Wool, and encouraging the Woolen Manufactures, was committed, be made upon Thursday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock.

Advice to the King.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee of the whole House, to whom it was referred to consider of that Part of his Majesty's Speech, whereby his Majesty desires the Advice of this House, be made upon Friday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock.

Supply Bill; Land Tax.

Then the House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the Bill for granting to their Majesties an Aid of Four Shillings in the Pound for One Year.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Attorney General took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Attorney General reported from the said Committee, That they had made a further Progress in the Matter to them referred; and had directed him to move, That they may have Leave to sit again.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Monday next, after the Call of the House, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the said Bill.

Privilege of Members in Suits.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Tuesday Morning next, take into Consideration the Report from the Committee appointed to consider how the Privileges of the Members of this House, in relation to Suits in Law and Equity, might be regulated and limited.

Aulnage Duty.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Thursday Morning next, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for transferring the Collection of the Duty of Aulnage to the Custom-house, and giving a Recompence to the Crown for the same.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Eight a Clock.
