Prayers.

Molyneux's Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act for rectifying a Mistake in a certain Act of this present Parliament, passed in the Year 1691, intituled, An Act to vest certain Lands of William Molyneux, Gentleman, in Trustees, for raising the Sum of Two thousand Pounds, for paying the Portions to his younger Brother, and Sisters, pursuant to a Decree in the Court of Chancery, was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.

Aulnage Duty.

Sir Robert Davers reported from the Committee to whom the Bill for transferring the Collection of the Duty of Aulnage to the Custom-house, and for giving a Recompence to the Crown for the same, was committed, That they had made several Amendments to the Bill; which they had directed him to report to the House: But that, as to the Blanks in the Bill for settling the Duties of Aulnage, the Committee had not filled up the same; but left the same to the Consideration of the House: Which Amendments he read in his Place, with the Coherence; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were once read throughout; and then a Second time, one by one; and, upon the Question severally put thereupon, agreed unto by the House.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, in order to the filling up the said Blanks.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Wednesday Morning next, at Ten a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, upon the said Bill.

Supply Bill Land Tax.

Mr. Attorney General, according to Order, presented to the House a Bill for granting to their Majesties an Aid of Four Shillings in the Pound for One Year.

The Bill was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time Tomorrow Morning at Ten a Clock.

Free Proceedings in Parliament.

An ingrossed Bill, touching free and impartial Proceedings in Parliament, was, according to the Order of the Day, read the Third time.

An ingrossed Proviso was offered as a Rider to the Bill, That the Bill shall continue for * * *, and no longer.

And the Question being put, That the said Proviso be read;

It passed in the Negative.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act touching free and impartial Proceedings in Parliament.

Ordered, That Sir Edward Hussey do carry the said Bill to the Lords; and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Call of the House.

Ordered, That the House be called over upon Mondaysevennight: And that such Members as shall not then attend, be sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House.

East India Trade.

Then the House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for the preserving, regulating, and establishing the East India Trade.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Thursday Morning next, at Ten a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for preserving, regulating, and establishing the East India Trade.

Ordered, That all Committees be revived.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
