Lady Cornbury's Non-age.
Mr. Speaker, The Lords have passed a Bill, intituled, An Act to give Catharine Lady Cornbury certain Powers to act as if she were of full Age: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
And then the Messengers withdrew.

Then the Counsel for the Lord Mayor and Aldermen of London, and for the Petitioners, were called in; and fully heard at the Bar of this House;
And being withdrawn:
Resolved, That Candles be brought in.
And a Debate arising in the House upon the Matters contained in the Petition, upon which the Counsel on both Sides had been heard;
And the Question being put, That the said Debate be adjourned until This-day-sevennight;

Wine Duties, &c.
Resolved, That this House will, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for granting certain new Impositions upon all East India Goods, and other Merchandize, to their Majesties; and also of the Bill for continuing the Imposition on Wine, Vinegar and Tobacco, to their Majesties.
And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine of the Clock.
