Hospital, School, and Preacher, in Thetford.

HODIE 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Foundation of an Hospital, a Grammar School, and Maintenance of a Preacher, in the Town of Thetford, for ever, according to the last Will and Testament of Sir Richard Fulmerston, Knight.

And was referred to the same Committees as before, with Addition of the Lord Bishop of Rochest'; and the same Judges and other Persons to attend as before were by the House appointed.

Parsonage and Parish of Frome Whitfield united to the Parish of The Holy Trinity in Dorchester.

The Bill, intituled, An Act for the uniting of the Parsonage and decayed Parish of Frome Whitfeild, in the County of Dorset, to the Parsonage and Parish of The Holy Trinity in Dorchester, in the said County, was returned into the House, by the Lord Privy Seal, one of the Committees, with an Addition or Amendment.

Confirmation of Lands to the Companies of Salters and Brewers in London.

By his Lordship likewise was returned into the House a Bill, intituled, An Act for the securing and confirming of certain Lands and Tenements, heretofore granted, devised, or conveyed, to the Companies of Salters and Brewers of London, without Amendment or Addition.

Abuses in Assignments of Debts to His Majesty.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act against the common Abuse of Assignments of Debts to His Majesty, toward the Satisfaction of Debts due to His Highness by Accomptants, and touching Debts growing to the King by Forfeiture.
