Sir Francis Gawdie's Lands for Payment of his Debts.
THE Bill, intituled, An Act for the Sale of some Part of the Lands of Sir Francis Gawdie, Knight, deceased, late Chief Justice of the Court of Common Pleas, for Payment of his Debts, was this Day brought into the House, by the Lord Chamberlain, the first of the Committees; who signified, That, upon Consideration had of the said Bill by the Committees, they found the same unfit to proceed.
