HODIE 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the avoiding of Suits about the Fens and Wastes, within the Isle of Elie, and the Counties adjoining, and for the better Ordering of the same.
Establishment of Religion.
The Amendments and Proviso added by the Lords Committees on the Bill, intituled, An Act for the more sure Establishing and Continuance of True Religion, were this Day read the Third Time.
The said Two Bills were sent to the Lower House, with special Recommendation, by Mr. Serjeant Crooke and Sir John Tindale.
River Thames to Oxford. Expedit.
The Amendments and Proviso added by the Lower House on the Bill, intituled, An Act for clearing the Passage by Water from London, to and beyond the City of Oxford, (fn. 1) were read the Third Time; and thereupon the Bill Exped.
Excommunication.
The Bill, intituled, An Act touching the Restraint of Excommunication in Ecclesiastical Courts, was this Day brought into the House, without Alteration or Amendment, by the Lord Archbishop of Cant. the first of the Committees; and thereupon the Bill appointed to be ingrossed.
Woollen Cloth.
