The Amendment added by the Lower House, on the Bill, intituled, An Act declaratory, explaining a Branch of an Act made in the First Session of this Parliament, intituled, An Act authorizing certain Commissioners of the Realm of England to treat with Commissioners of Scotland, for the Weal of both Kingdoms, was this Day Twice read, and then inserted in the Bill; and thereupon the said Amendment read the Third Time.

The Amendment, or Proviso, likewise added by the Lower House on the Bill, intituled, An Act for the Relief of such as lawfully use the Trade and Handicraft of Skinners, was also Thrice read; and thereupon the Bill Exped.

Sir Christopher Hatton to fell Lands. Expedit.

The Amendment, and Proviso, likewise added by the said House, on Sir Christopher Hatton's Bill, were read Thrice this Day, and thereupon the Bill Exped.

Persons coming and going over Sea.

The Amendments on the Bill, intituled, An Act concerning such as are to pass over the Seas, or return from beyond the Seas into this Realm, or any other of His Majesty's Dominions (added by the Committees), were this Day read Twice, and thereupon the Bill appointed to be ingrossed.

Establishing Lord Chandois's Lands. Expedit.

The Amendments on the Bill, intituled, An Act for the establishing of the Possessions and Inheritance of Edmond late Lord Chandos of Sudeley, deceased (added by the Lower House), were Thrice read this Day, and thereupon the Bill Exped.

Exportation of Bear.

Upon Report of the Lord Treasurer of that which passed at the Committee on the Bill, intituled, An Act for Transportation of Beer over the Seas; it was thought meet, that a Conference should be had with the Lower House on the said Bill; and thereupon a Message sent unto them by Mr. Serjeant Crooke and Mr. Dr. Hone, to signify unto them, That, although the Lords conceive very good Liking of the Substance of the Bill, yet they desire Conference about some Particulars of the same, and will give them Meeting for that Purpose (if they shall so think good) upon Wednesday next, the 14th of May, by Two in the Afternoon, at the Painted Chamber; and their Number of Committees to be Twenty, or thereabouts.

Answered, That they will be ready to attend the Conference, at the Time and Place prefixed, with the Number of Forty Committees.

Memorandum, That the Bill remaineth with the Lord Treasurer.
