The Amendments on the Bill for Sale of certain of the Lands of the late Lord Windsor, for Payment of his Debts, etc. were this Day Twice read, and thereupon the Bill, with the said Amendments, appointed to be ingrossed.

Attainder of L. Cobham and Brook.

Likewise the Amendments on the Bill for Confirmation of the Attainders of Henrie late Lord Cobham, and George Brooke, Esquire, and of the Letters Patents granted by the King's Majesty of their Lands, were Twice read, and thereupon the Bill, with the said Amendments, also appointed to be ingrossed.

Message to the H. C. concerning the Grievance of Purveyance.

Message sent down to the Lower House, by Mr. Serjeant Crooke and Sir George Coppin, Clerk of the Crown, for renewing a Conference betwixt the Committees of both Houses, concerning the Means to redress the great Grievances in Matter of Purveyance; the Time and Place offered to be at their own Election; and thought meet, that the Judges should be there present for Assistance.

Answer returned, of Assent for farther Conference; and would give Meeting To-morrow, being Thursday, at the Painted Chamber (where formerly it was), by Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Excuse made by the Lord Chancellor, for the Absence of the Earl of Lincolne, by Reason the Sickness of the Plague was in an Alley near adjoining to his Lordship's House.
