A NOTE of such Private Acts as have been certified into the Rolls of Chancery, upon Writs of Certiorari in that Behalf directed to the Clerk of the Parliament.

1. AN Act for the enabling of Thomas Throgmorton, Esquire, to make Sale of certain Lands, for Payment of his Debts. Certified the 13th of July, 1604.

2. An Act for the Relief of Thomas Lovell, Esquire. Certified the 14th of July, 1604.

3. An Act for Henry Jernegen the younger, for the sale of the Manors of Dages in Raveningham and Heringflete, alias St. Olavs, in the Counties of Norfolke and Suffolke, for the Payment of his Debts. Certified the 14th of July, 1604.
