This Day, the Wife of Andrew Kettleby, Esquire, made her Appearance in the House, in the Behalf of her said Husband and herself, excusing his not coming, by reason of his great Age and Infirmities; and withall prayed, that their Counsel Learned might be heard; whereupon it was Ordered, That both their Counsel, and the Counsel of Francis Kettleby, should be heard in the House upon Thursday next, the 26th of this Month, in the Morning.
