THE Lord Keeper signified to the House, that the Parties that follow the Bill for the Hospital of Warwick were not provided of their Counsel Learned this Day, as was formerly appointed: Whereupon the House assigned them a new Time to be heard; videlicet, Friday Morning, the 20th of this Instant.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for enlarging the Statute, for following of Hue and Cry, in the Twenty-seventh Year of Her Majesty's Reign, in some Sort to relieve the Inhabitants of the Small Hundred of Bequersh, alias Benherst, etc.

The Amendments agreed upon by the Committees, on the Bill of Tillage, appointed to be brought into the House To-morrow Morning, by the Lord Chief Justice of England.

Marquis of Winchester.

The Lord Buckhurst signified unto the House, That, upon a Letter written to him by the Lord Marquis of Winchester, notifying his present Sickness, whereby he was not able to give his Attendance at the Parliament as yet, the said Lord Buckhurst having moved Her Majesty herein (according to the Request of the Lord Marquis), it pleased Her Majesty to hold him excused for the present, until his Recovery; and then commanded that he should give his Attendance.
