Memorandum, That this Day were chosen for Committees, to hear the Cause between the Lord Willoughbie and Mr. Herenden, by the Parties themselves; the Earl of Kent, and the Lord Zowche, for my Lord Willoughbie; and the Viscount Mountague, and the Lord Cobham, for Mr. Herenden. And the Lords further Ordered, That the said Lords Committees should end the Matter between the said Parties, if they could.

The Precedents they named were, the Bills for Treasons, and bringing in . . . . . . . (fn. 2) Anno 13tio.
