Prayers.

Howard's Estate.

A BILL on the Behalf of Charles Howard Esquire, and Mary his Wife, to levy and suffer Fines and Recoveries, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.

Fines and Forfeitures.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill for the better Recovery and collecting of Fines and Forfeitures due to his Majesty, be heard the First Business To-morrow Morning.

Fee-farm Rents.

An ingrossed Bill for the vesting certain Fee-farm Rents, and other Rents, in Trustees, was read the Second time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be committed.

A Clause for the better Satisfaction of Purchasers was twice read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the said Clause, be committed to Sir John Duncombe, Sir Robert Steward, Serjeant Charleton, Mr. Crouch, Sir Ciril Wich, Sir Thom. Clergis, Sir Robert Carr, Sir John Heath, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Sprye: And they are to meet at Two of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records: And it is referred to the Committee to take care and make Provisions for Exemption of the Queen's Jointure, by some Clause or Amendment to be made to the Bill.

Houses burnt in London.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill touching the Judicature for Houses burned in London and Southwarke, be heard To-morrow Morning.

Increase of Timber.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill to preserve the Growth of Timber, be heard To-morrow Morning.

Cornwall Assizes.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill for settling the Assizes for the County of Cornwall, be made To-morrow Morning.

Conventicles.

The ingrossed Bill to prevent and suppress seditious Conventicles, was read.

And some Amendments, upon the Question, agreed; and made at the Table.

The Question being put, That the Bill do pass;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill, intituled, An Act for explaining of a Proviso contained in an Act, intituled, An Act for settling the Profits of the Post Office, and Power of granting Wine Licences, on his Royal Highness the Duke of Yorke, and the Heirs Males of his Body: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

And have commanded us to acquaint you, That they have agreed to the Amendments to Sir Andrew Hackett's Bill.
