Yelverton's Estate.

A BILL on the Behalf of Nevill Yelverton, an Infant, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Tho. Lee, Sir Robert Carr, Sir Thom. Allen, Mr. Onslow, Sir Edm. Windham, Sir Edw. Wise, Mr. Hobby, Sir Solomon Swale, Mr. Ashley, Mr. Buscowen, Sir Thom. Meeres, Sir John Birkenhead, Sir Thom. Dolman, Sir John Talbot, Mr. Morice, Mr. Ford, Sir John Bennet, Mr. Powle, Mr. Milward, Sir Edw. Clarke's Estate.

Preventing Export of Wool.

A Bill to prevent the Exportation of Wool, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time the First Business To-morrow Morning.

Regulating Jurors.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill and Amendments touching Jurors was committed, be revived; and do sit To-morrow in the Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed.

Building Arundell House.

The Bill sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for building Arundell House, and Tenements thereunto belonging, was read; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read a Second time.

Hackett's Estate.

A Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable Sir Andrew Hackett Knight, to settle a Portion of Money on Mary Hackett his Daughter, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.

Conventicles.

Mr. Crouch reports from the Committee to which the Bill against Conventicles, was re-committed, some Clauses agreed by the Committee to be added to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and afterwards, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

The Clause which related to the Baptism of Children, was read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, rejected.

The Proviso, which related to the indemnifying of Persons who had acted upon the former Act, being twice read; and some Amendments being made at the Table; was, upon the Question, agreed.

A Proviso being tendered, that no Person punished by this Act shall be punished for the same Offence by any other Law;

And the Question being put, That the Proviso be read;

Upon Debate of the House,

Resolved, &c. That the said additional Bill against Conventicles, be re-committed to the former Committee, upon the Debates of the House: Who are to sit this Afternoon, at Five of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber, for that Purpose; and to hasten their Proceedings therein, so as to make Report thereof on Friday Morning next.

Committees.

The Question being put, That all other Committees be adjourned;

Supply Bill; foreign Commodities.

Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill for laying an additional Imposition on several foreign Commodites, be read To-morrow Morning.
