Poynz's Estate.

A BILL for assuring the Moiety of the Manor of Iron Acton unto Sir John Poynz was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Lord Herbert, Mr. Westphaling, Sir John Talbott, Sir Robert Howard, Mr. Lucy, Sir John Moreton, Sir John Brampston, Sir John Birkinhead, Colonel Kirkby, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, Mr. Churchill, Mr. Marvill, Sir Bainham Throckmorton, Sir Thom. Clergis, Colonel Sandys, Colonel Windham, Sir Clifford Clifton, Sir Edw. Masters, Sir John Knight, Sir Hugh Windham, Sir John Mainard, Mr. Hatton, Sir Robert Atkyns, Colonel Legg, Sir Richard Oateley, Mr. Graham, Mr. Morgan, Colonel Phillips, Mr. Morice, Sir Herbert Price, Mr. George, Sir Thom. Moseley's Estate.

Ordered, That the Bill for settling the Estate of Sir Edw. Moseley be read To-morrow Morning.

Leigh's Estate.

Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill for settling Part of the Lands of Thomas Leigh Esquire, for Payment of his Debts, be read To-morrow Morning.

Higgons' Claims.

Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill concerning Sir Thomas Higgons be read on Thursday Morning after Ten of the Clock.

Poll Bill.

The House then resumed the Debate of that Part of the Amendment, sent from the Lords, concerning a double Assessment upon Nonconformists to be omitted in the Poll Bill.

The Question being put, To agree to the Lords Amendment, in leaving the Clause touching Nonconformists out of the Poll Bill;

The House was divided.

The Yeas went out.

And so it was resolved in the Affirmative.

The rest of the Amendments, from the First, to the Amendment to the 29 Line of the 5th Skin, were postponed;

The Amendments to the 29 Line of the 5 Skin, and the following Amendments to the Amendment for adding additional Commissioners Names, were twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed: But That Amendment was postponed.

The Lords Amendments to the 17 Skin, Line the 5th and 6th, for altering the 15 of January to the First of February; and Skin 18th, Line the 16th, being to read "Fifteenth," instead of "First;" . . . .

This House agreed with these additional Amendments following; viz. 18 Skin, Line the 17, instead of "Eighth," read "Three-and-twentieth:" Line the 20th, instead of "Eighth," read "Three-and-twentieth."

Line the 26th, instead of "Fifteenth," read "Thirtieth."

19 Skin, Line 2, instead of the "20 of March," read "4th of April."

Line the 9th, instead of the "30th of March," read "the 13th of April."
